Sahved Globals primarily exports handmade art and handicraft products based on customer inquiries, quotations, and confirmed orders.

Returns

Due to the nature of handcrafted and export products, returns are generally not accepted once goods have been manufactured, customized, packed, or shipped.

Returns may only be considered if:

  • Incorrect products were supplied.
  • Products were significantly damaged before dispatch.
  • A verified manufacturing defect exists.

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs and documentation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only after verification and review by Sahved Globals.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or mutually agreed business arrangement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in handmade products
  • Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or government authorities
  • Incorrect information provided by the buyer
